My name is Stephanie, and I have researching my own family history for about 5 years. I love it so much, but I do not live where my wanted records are. Therefore, I need help from other researchers. This got me into helping others with what I do have available. Soon, I became increasingly interested in cemeteries.
I have transcribed from many cemeteries, and I take photos when I can. You can see much of what I've done by visitng county pages through my Georgia Genealogy site at http://gagen.i-found-it.net . When I have other information regarding individuals in a particular cemetery, I try to include or link to the information within the site. The largest cemetery I have completely transcribed is the Centerville Cemetery in Centerville, Houston County, Georgia. It, along with further notes and information is located here -
If you would like to have photos taken of your ancestors final resting places, please visit my Cemetery Services page at http://gagen.i-found-it.net/cemservices.html .
If you have corrections or additions to any of my burial records or cemetery transcriptions, or just notes to add, please email me!

Sstephanie, I have family buried in the Outler Family Cemetery outsode of Rutland, GA. I am interested in finding out who is incharge of that cemetary. My last family contact was my Grandmother's brother, Uncle George McKinney. He has passed away and is also buried ther. His son Jacky is the last name I know of that might have information that I need or even be the on I need to contact. But I've had no luck in tracing him.
Do you have any information that might help me? My maternal grandfather is buried there and I am interested in placing a marker on his current unmarked grave. Any information you might have will help. Thank you in advance.
Great Grandson of Andrew Jackson McKinney and Mary Delilah McKinney

Thank you for all the hard work you've put into documenting graves in Houston County. I know it sometimes seems like thankless work, but I for one owe you a huge debt of gratitude!
