Hi all.
The nicer weather brings my gravers out to gather information. I'll be backing up with changes shortly so please be patient as I may be out in the garden if I'm not making changes. ;0)

Because the URL on the spring grove cemetery records doesn't work (and no, I didn't put it on the records in the first place so please don't vent at me because the URL doesn't work) I use springgrove.org for all burial records and comparing what you send for sgc and what the burial records have. If I find that springgrove.org has a mistake, I do let them know so it will be corrected. And it is corrected by the way. I'm removing the URL link as I go along.

I would ask that everyone please send me the information contained on birth/death certificates or the information in the links to familysearch.org, etc. I will not do any lookups except to the cemeteries themselves to obtain burial information. My eyes aren't that good so reading badly printed/written birth/death certificates won't get done either.

Be careful. The Autogravr program put duplicate records out there. If I've already identified a duplicate record it will have a note in the bio section. Double check before sending updates. I will also check before I update a record. I also am very happy when others find duplicates. I will be happy to process those records for deletion so please let me know about them. I can't catch them all.

I can't delete autogravr records directly because I'm not the original owner. I have to submit a request.

All records for all burials prior to October 12, 2011 in Lake view Cemetery, Cleveland OH and Spring Grove Cemetery are for the most part already added. I have found, especially when there are identical names in sequence, that we are missing a few records. Please do not add any records for burials for those dates until you've checked to see if they already exist. Ask if you can not find them. (by the way, I didn't add them. I'm not autogravr, please don't yell at me. I just take care of the records).

Brights Disease is a category of kidney diseases. Term isn't used any more. Acute or chronic nephritis is a more up to date term.
La Grippe = INFLUENZA
brain fever in children = meningoencephalitis
Brain Congestion in an adult = stroke
paralysis = stroke
Apolplexy = stroke
Dropsy = hydropsy, is an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the body

I'm the daughter of Alfred C. and Mary Virginia Prout Berndsen. They are buried in Spring Grove Cemetery which I take care of for FindaGrave. My husband Ken is the son of George and Ann Marie Brinza Jacko.
I have added relatives from Wendelman. Papner, Berndsen, Dohme, Prout, Fitzpatrick, Wessel (a family history I'm struggling with at the moment) and others from my mother's side of the family. I am from Cincinnati, Ohio originally.
My husband's family are the Brinzas (Brindzas), Jackos.
I have added records of persons that are in my family or related to them or at least I know something about them. As I find factual information I try to add it. I do check to make sure someone else hasn't done this already.
I am a musician, gardener, photographer, I am reading Christian, Hindu and Buddhist literature and devotional reading as well as mystery fiction. I'm also active in dog rescue organizations.

Thanks for the corrections. After I messaged you I noticed that you have inherited these records and are just the caretaker. I hope you did not think I was criticizing. I am of the opinion that NO record is complete or necessarily fully correct. We are all just lucky to have enough on the web to find these people and by triangulating with each other all our compass settings become more meaningful and accurate. I will continue to send info on the Lawrences as I find them. | | | Jonelle

Hi, according to death certificate it reads, Richard K Robertson born ca 1922, father Ellsworth P Robertson b ohio, mother Florence McCelland b Indinia died 7-09-1937 died of hemorage and pulumiary tb.
