Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello everyone, my name is Lisa, and I enjoy cemetery hunting in my home state of Florida. Long time advocate for cemetery preservation and recording the history of cemeteries in the US and Canada.

Currently I am researching and gathering information from cemeteries in Volusia County Florida, Western North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, Northern Kentucky, the Western area of Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Vermont and New Hampshire. If you notice a mistake or have further information you would like added to any grave I have added PLEASE let me know, I will be more than happy to change or add anything. I am also happy to transfer listings to family and friends who want to keep them up to date.

I have a lot of time on my hands at the moment. This also gives me a lot of time to research pictures and travel to cemetery's. Please keep it nice when you comment to me. I swear I'm a nice person.

If you are a family member or friend who would like the listing transferred to you please use the edit tab on a memorial to leave me a message. I will respond to you as fast as I can, but no later than 1 week if I am on another work project.

I'm really not picky about who I transfer a memorial to since I am not related to most of the people in the memorials I have added. I don't really follow the rules for transfers on Find A Grave and would much rather see someone who knew the person maintain the memorial.

Updating Information

If you are sending information to me to add to a listing I am more than happy to add anything you want. Same rules apply as before that I will update the listing as fast as possible but no later than 1 week.

If anyone has pictures of some of the stones I have posted please feel free to add them as this would be an amazing help. If you want to add family pictures do that also. The only thing I ask is that midi files be kept to the comments area if you want to leave that.

Any of the grave pictures I've taken and added are free for you to take and use.

If you are requesting I take the picture please let me know if you have a general idea where the person is buried if it is in a large cemetery. If you don't that is ok too, I can get the info if I need to.

I hope to talk to other people out there about the fascinating worlds of history and genealogy.

Amelia Fellmeth
Hi Lisa,

You added a personal photo for Amelia Fellmeth at Glendale cemetery in Akron:

However, when you added the photo you forgot to change the default from 'grave' to 'person', so the icon for a grave photo shows. I went to add a photo of the grave and discovered this.

You will want to delete and re-add your photo and change the default to 'person' so the icon shows up correctly in the index.

Emory Dewey (E.D.)Thompson
I noticed that you have E.D.Thompson listed as buried in Oaklawn Memorial Park in Lake Mary, FL. E.D. Thompson is my uncle, and although there appears to be a memorial to him at Oaklawn, he is actually buried at Rehobeth Cemetery in Tucker, GA where he lived for many years. It appears the memorial is at the site of his son-in-law Locke Wilde's grave. Just wanted to make sure the info is accurate. Thanks!

Harry Middlebrooks
Memorial# 88095922

You added a photo of Harry, to his Find A Grave Memorial. Ss there any chance you would have access to a photo of his sister Virginia and perhaps his parents.

The Leon Co Fl. Census for 1935 shows this family as Colored (Black). I knew Virginia and had met Harry and I am positive, that if anything, it would Italian or Native American.

Many thanks for any help. Meanwhile I will try to find a pic of Ginnie in the Grady Co GA area.

Thank you for linking him with his parents. Can you please move him to Baker's Forge Cemetery in Campbell County? He is buried there with him mom and dad, and not in Woodlawn where you've got him! I was so tickled to find him in Baker's Forge this spring, as I had spent all of last year in Woodlawn taking pictures of memorials there for Find A Grave, and could not, could not, could not! find him . I went grave by grave, one at a time, with a clipboard and a list of memorials with no photos, and just figured he was destined to be lost. When I found him this year in Baker's Forge it was a relief.

His number is 100095056, and if you could move him to Bakers Forge Memorial Cemetery in Campbell County, Tennessee, I'll put up the photos of his grave.

Thank you again!
