Hi,
I've been researching the Williams family of South Carolina and Ohio (and many other places) for the past 35 years. Phoebe was the daughter of Samuel L. Williams and his wife Catherine Ann Reed. On the strength of the testimony of Samuel's great niece, he was the son of Jesse and Nancy (Rayfield) Williams of Fayette County, Ohio. I'd be happy to share notes on the family.

I found a person on Ancestry.com who has the same information in their tree as your Phebe (Williams) Shisler. This is what I wrote to them to find out more information. - ("Was your person married to George W. Shisler? I have the same birth & Death Info from a person looking to get a picture for her headstone & possible pictures of her for her Memorial site. They believe she is buried in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Baraboo, Sauk County, WI. But no one is able to find a headstone or her on the cemeteries transcription page for her at this cemetery. If this is the same person do you know where she is buried? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank You.") | |

We were at Mt. Olivet to find the gravestone for Jerome Burdick and Alva and Catherine were right next to him. We took the pictures and I have added Alva's to his record. However, Catherine is not listed in the record yet.
I can add her name/dates/pictures but wanted to check with you first.
Please let me know what you would like me to do.
If you want to add her name, the dates on the stone are 1896-1954.
