I went to Middlesettlements Cemetery, Blount County, Tn to look for your James Byerly and a few others that had request for there. I found a James R. Byerley but he's not your James. I was wondering if there was any relation between them. This James spelled his last name Byerley his dates, Aug 30, 1911 - Nov 11, 1994. I'm going out of town but when I get back I'll go back out there and look again for your James. There are a lot of graves out there where the headstone is just gone or unreadable.
