Hi Charlie, Hope this finds you well...It's really gnawed at brain...about Sarah Ann Erwin,she married Joseph GROUNDS, they had a daughter Sallie MANNING, born March 8, 1881 and died Oct. 11, 1973...
On Sallie's death certificate, it states Sallie's parents as Joseph GROUNDS and Sarah Ann ERWIN...
Could you please put me in contact with the person that states Sarah Ann last name was spelled IRVIN..

Dear Mr. Manning,
My husband's Great-grandfather is Romanzo Alderman, and I have found the memorial that you created for him(#10356576). That memorial shows him being buried at Refuge Cemetery, Texas.
There is another memorial for him though that someone else created....#62616927. That memorial shows him buried at Red Hill Cemetery, Texas. It also shows a photo of his headstone.
I am 99% sure it is for the same man. The dates are correct....and the name(Romanzo Ensign Alderman)is rather unusual so I doubt there were two men with that exact same name. :)
I see you are from Texas....do you know could this be the same cemetery but with 2 different names? Was there a headstone for Mr. Alderman at the Refuge Cemetery?
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I was looking at the GROUNDS surname and found that Sarah Ann IRVIN is actually Sarah Ann ERWIN married to Joseph G. GROUNDS..Sarah Ann ERWIN is my Greatgrand Aunt..her parents are John ERWIN and Elizabeth 'Betsey' Ann ROOK.

While undating my database I noticed two duplicates in this cemetery.
James W. Manning is listed twice. #11420306 and #11420318.
John W. Manning is listed twice. #1142072 and 7776226.
Thank you for all of your hard work. As a member of the Houston Co. Historical Comm. I use findagrave to check for information that was missed or did not appear in our local newspaper.
My database did not contain Manning Cemetery so I am doubly grateful for all of your input.
