My name is Glenda. I've been a member of Find A Grave for over 11 years. I love leaving flowers and information about our family and friends here. I started our genealogy web site www.Myblueangel.net after the death of our only child and son Jeff 16 years ago. Jeff loved hearing about our family history and I could'nt think of a better gift in honor and memory of Jeff than to start helping others in finding our family history. It's a joy and has helped me in healing a part of myself after we lost Jeff. He was our world but we know that by the grace of God that we will see him again one day. We have taken photos in our area of headstones of others and added them here. If you find a family member of yours that we have added and you would like for us to make a correction, addition or delete your family please let me know and I will correct the problem right away. I've not added your family here to disrespect anyone but to share in others knowledge of their genealogy. If I can be of help to you or your family please email me so that I can do my best to help you. I would like to thank each and everyone of you who has visited our family here and left them a flower, token or note. If you have time please visit our son's page Ronald Jeff Sorrells. My husband now joins our son Jeff in heaven. If you have time please visit his page Ronald Sorrells. Thank you for all you do for us and others in your life, God bless. | |

 | RE: Sorrells of Ga. Glenda, Have you seen the info. on Samuel and Matilda Sorrells in "Our Southern Ancestors"? I'm guessing you have, since they mention their children living with other people. Was there any type of epidemic going around at that time? Could they have been very sick and dying and placed their children in homes of people they knew? I have been looking for my GF Leon Byrd for years, so I know how you feel! We know they lived!! June | | | June Still
 | RE: Sorrells of Ga. Hi Glenda,
Susannah Still m. Wiley Jones Sorrells in 1842. They are buried in the Still Cemetery. The two names were very prominent in Walton Co. Do you live in Ga.? Thanks, June | | | | [View all messages...] |
