 | Pvt. George Tubbs George Tubbs (1775-1826) is not in Rose/Chamberlain Cemetery, he is in Maryland/McKown Cemetery, about two miles farther west, memorial number 92625521. I photoed him just the other day, mainly drawn by the age of the stone. If you want the site, let me know. I cannot find any reference to Anna Vera Buell Tubbs in either place.  | Nelda Sickles Hello, I have been researching my family line for Sickles and found the following information for Nelda Sickles. She is buried in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Waterford, Saratoga Co., NY. You can easily change the cemetery by using the edit option for burial. I added pictures to her memorial.
I also found the following obituary in the Albany Times Union, Albany, NY dated August 4, 1988.
Services Friday for Nelda E. Sickles, 74 Cohoes – Nelda E. Sickles, 74 of 252 Vliet Blvd. died Tuesday in St. Peter's Hospital in Albany after a long illness. Born and educated in Cohoes, she was a homemaker and a former member of the Cohoes Parent Teacher Association and the Cohoes Columbiettes. She was a communicant of St. Marie's Roman Catholic Church, a past president of the Ladies of St. Anne and a member of the Union of Prayer of the church. Survivors include her husband, George Sickles, a daughter, Irene Sickles McMahon of Cohoes, a son, William G. Sickles of Cohoes , a sister, Anna Saddler of New Hartford, Oneida County; a brother, Armand Plouffe of Cohoes and three grandchildren. Services will be 9:30 am Friday in the Dufresne Funeral Home, 216 Columbia St. and at 10 am in St. Marie's Church, with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Waterford. Calling Hours will be 3-5 and 7-9 today in the funeral home.
