I am a wife, and mother of 2 adult daughters and the grandmother of my stepdaughter's little girl and our oldest daughter's little girl. I became interested in family history about 12 years ago, too late, unfortunately, to gather the information that would have been available if I had only started sooner. I research both sides of my husband's family, both sides of mine, and also our son-in-law's families. My cousin and I went to Austria in 1994 and visited the villages where our grandparents were born in 1876 and 1884..a real genealogy highlight.
