Tate Maddox is the name listed in "The Heritage of Jefferson County, Alabama", page 387. So far, I cannot find anything else about him. Thank you for the transfers and additional information.

Yes, I would be very happy to maintain Annie & Joel's memorials. Joel was my 2nd cuz 2xrmvd, maternal, and Annie my 3rd cuz 1rmvd, paternal. I will use the Edit tab to make the transfer request. Thank you so very much.
