Researching my family history is one of the most important goals in my life. I feel we should all know as much about our ancestors as possible. Through my research I have been able to spend quality time with my sister, Sandra Bertram MEIER and my mother, Norma Davidson BERTRAM. Mother is our cleaner of stones, digger of buried stones, carrier of water and general all around helper. Researching has brought lots of people into my life I would never have met otherwise. Let's all keep up the good work.
I have just come across my pictures on Ancestry.com that someone has used as their own. There is no mention of where the picture came from. This is ashame. For all of you that tramp through knee high grass, work in the hot Texas sun, and in the cold north wind, use your own gas and then try to find a tree big enough when nature calls, you know what I am talking about. Please if you want to use my pictures or anyone elses please have the decency to ask before posting and give credit where credit is due.
PLEASE NOTE - VERY IMPORTANT: "...The copyright of all photos posted to Find A Grave remains with the original submitter. No use of photos for any other website or personal use is permitted without the prior consent of the original submitter."
Since I am getting so many requests for transfers I have started using the findagrave guidelines for transfer. You do not need to own an ancestors memorial page to have a great memorial. I update them each day and will add to a memorial. Just use the edit button on the top right hand of the memorial to be edited. | |

 | Sanders Cemetery Pictures You have taken several relatives pictures in the Sanders Cemetery. I am related to the Allen family. I would like to see if I could use your pictures on my Ancestry tree. I would list your name with each picture in my tree. Thank you so much for your help.

 | W H Lasater 46518456 Janet, I added the obit as you requested or W H Lasater. Are you related to him? If so, can you tell me more about him and his family so I can add links? I assume he is probably related to the other Lasaters (inlaws of my family) buried at Aledo Brown Cemetery but I don't have proof of that. Thanks for the obit!Added by Cheryl on Mar 02, 2013 11:09 PM | | | Rita Hicks DonCarlos
