I'm sorry, but I can't make it out either. I would suggest you ask Laura Plummer Ranville whose name is under the photo. Just click on her name and leave her the same message. She added the photo, so she might know or she might be able to find out for you. Good luck.
Regarding your photo request for Casper Max headstone. I am sorry to tell you that there no longer any visible signs of any grave markers for anyone buried in the County Infirmary Cemetery.
When I saw your request for this photo I became very interested in fulfilling this request for you. Having driven past this very location every day for the last 10 or so years I was astonished to find out there even was a cemetery there.
I have spent the past year trying to locate any signs of grave markers, but have come up empty. Originally the graves were marked with round, flat markers set level with the ground. Over the years these markers have disappeared, either "sinking" below ground level or being worn away by the elements.
I am posting a photo of the area where the cemetery is located. I will make an effort to spend some time at this cemetery during the summer and try to uncover any grave markers that may be buried.
Sorry I couldn't provide you with a photo of Casper's grave marker but I hope the photo of the location of his final resting place is helpful.
