K. Jacob Ruppert is the great-great-great-grandson of New York Brewer Franz Ruppert. He is the historian and archivist for his family and is the seventh generation of the beer-brewing, baseball-loving Ruppert family that first emigrated from Gollheim in 1836 and kept a New York City presence for over 166 years. Mr. Ruppert, an attorney from New York City now working for the Louisiana State Judiciary, devotes much of his spare time to the further research and documentation of his ancestors' lives for a future biographical publication. Jacob has been educated in New Orleans, New York, France and Cuba and is single, the youngest of five children and has an identical twin brother. | |

 | James Robert "Bob" Cole You added a picture of his gravesite in Saint John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery. There is obviously a second grave a the same site but I am unable to read the information. He is a relative of mine on my fathers side of the family. I also notice that there is no mention of a wife in his obit on the site, wondering who she is or was also. Thanks for your help. | Than you again! I am blown away at the photos you have added for me. Thank you so much for going to all that trouble. I am working hard on getting as many of the SANDEL family connected and trying to gather all the information I can on them and your photos are such a gift.
Thank you, MichelleRenee68 | | | michellerenee68

 | Ruppert Genealogy Hi there. My son was born into the Ruppert family 11 years ago and it has been told to him that his great great uncle was Jacob Ruppert, owner of the Yankees. I am not sure of this accuracy, but I was wondering if you have a database that I could browse through to give some him some history of where he comes from. Thanks so much and I appreciate your time. | | | Alexa K Richard
 | Victor Andre LeBlanc Dear Mr. K. Jacob Ruppert,
I was quite moved by your touching tribute and memorial for Victor Andre LeBlanc. Very nice indeed.
I do believe you may have a slight error in the biography. You mention he is a rest now with his paternal ancestors, and list Victor Andre LeBlanc, but I believe that ancestor is actually Victor Alfred LeBlanc. You may want to check.
Again, thanks so much.
