"Glenn" and his movies on TCM
Good Evening Stan,

we are still staying at the La Quinta Hotel
in Las Cruces and they have no TCM channel
in the room. So, I miss a lot of good stuff.

I will google on Glenn's bio - thank you so much.

Stay connected - I will do.

"Glenn's Birthday"
Good Afternoon Stan,

and thank you for writing me so nicely.
I am currently in New Mexico (Las Cruces area)
where my husband is trying to build a new business.
I wrote to Glenn's son a few times, asking for
Glenn's bio. I got 2 very nice letters from him,
but this was right after his father's death, over one year ago.
I am a little sad to get no more updates on this
bio, also not via the Glenn Ford site.
Nearly my whole life I loved "Glenn" as an actor
and personality, but had never a chance to meet
him personally (it was too far from Germany, and when I came to L.A. I got no chance to see him).

I have a large collection of dvd's and pictures of him - he was and is my personnel dream man.

Well, I think good dreams are out in the century we live in; this is a shame and makes me unhappy.

I am happy that I found you and another fan of
an Golden Aera of great movies and people.

Thank you again.

Judith Schoner.

Glenn Ford's Birthday!
Hello Stan,

thank you for the nice remarks for Glenn.
I was born in Germany (now 6 years here in
the US) and I love this actor for over 45
years (since my childhood).
He was a true character of Hollywood actors
we are missing today.
Did you ever met him personally?
How was he in his private life?

If you are interested to answer me please
send a message to:

PS. I intend to come to L.A. this year
and visit Woodlawn Cemetery in SM.

I was one of the early members of N.A.M.E.,I was number eight.

I spent years at the Castle, and know more about Marion, than any other person.
I had a friendship with Colleen Moore and Pola Negri
who both new her.

And am one of a very few, other than Hearst family member's who has slept at the Castle in recent years.

Kamel was a great guy,he will be missed.

I now build miniature sets

all the very best Dominick

A Wonderful message of friendship that you left for Stanley Kamel, recalling the "Ravenswood",Miss West's
lookout tower. And to the neon Camel on his mantle.
I hope that all read it. And recall the meaning of friendship.
