 | Church! Hey there!
I am really intrigued with the picture you posted on Willamm E. Church's site...the farm picture. Any idea where that is? I am pretty familiar with Holton as my grandmother still lives there (born, raised, moved for a short time, and has been back there since 1970).Added by A84C72 on Dec 29, 2010 11:34 PM | | | Deborah Ronzio
 | Minnie Belle Church Hi Brittney, I am looking for a photo of Elvira McCormick Clark at an older age.
My GG Grandfather was a sister to Minnie Belle's adopted mother, Barbara Clark. I do have a photo of Minnie Belle and Barbara when she was young.
I graduated from school with your mother, Becky and know your dad, Bernie. I am also related to Jerry Church's wife Joann.
I would be happy to share any information I have on the Clark-Ish side of my family.

 | RE: Church ay Holton Cemetery I have also found an infant daughter of Daniel and Lucelia Church, named Loretta, buried at Bethel Cemetery in Lagrange Co. Indiana. She died Sept. 7, 1860 at the age of 1 year. | | | James Snow
 | RE: Church ay Holton Cemetery Do you have Microsoft Word? I would like to send a Microsoft Word Document to your e-mail. It is a short biographical sketch of Daniel D. Church from a history of Muskegon Co. Michigan. I will also get to the Records Center at the courthouse in Bryan Ohio to get the Guardianship records. Remember I told you that Daniel's father (William Church) drowned in Williams Co. Ohio in 1839; Daniel and a sister had guardians appointed after his death and the record is there. | | | James Snow
 | RE: Church ay Holton Cemetery This is the information I got from the Muskegon Co. RAOGK volunteer: "in oakwood cemetery located in Holton township we have the following "Church family plots"
Engle Angeline Church 1878-1939 Church George A. 1875-1939 Daniel D. 1832-1918 Lucelia 1839-1913 Eugene D. 1872-1946 Blanch C. 1874-1921"
These are the wife, sons and daughter-in-law of Daniel D. Church, who is actually a cousin of my 2-greats grandmother Snow. I see that some of these names match your memorials in Holton Cemetery. There is also an Oakwood Cemetery in Holton twp. on Find A Grave. Are they the same cemetery (I created memorials for them at Oakwood)? If that is the case, we are almost certainly distant relatives! | | | James Snow
 | RE: Church at Holton Cemetery I found Daniel and several of his family at Oakwood Cemetery in Holton twp. but anything else you could find on him will be appreciated! | | | James Snow
 | Church at Holton Cemetery I am also a Church descendant; my 3-greats grandmother was Sarah Mariah (Church) Pool(buried in Williams Co. Ohio). Of course I don't know if these are the same family. I am looking for a Daniel D. Church, d. 1891, who is buried somewhere in Holton twp. Daniel was the son of one of Sarah Mariah's brothers. | | |
