|Joel Shore||Re: Photo request for Margeret Glass (1860) at Mt Hope Cemetery, Rochester, NY|
I submitted the following problem report on this request:
Requester believes this could be her 2nd great grandmother. However, this memorial was created from an entry in the Mt Hope Interment Records (http://www.lib.rochester.edu/IN/RBSCP/Databases/IMAGES/MtHope/disc1/00000514.pdf) of someone who died at the age of 2. [And, unfortunately, the plot map of the burial lot given (available here: http://crpc.nyrgs.org/), Lot 520 in Section O, shows no sign of a marker for this 2 year old child, nor does her name appear in a survey of surviving legible markers in this section (http://mcnygenealogy.com/cem/mthope-sec-o.htm).]

Would like to know what source you used to find the 6 Adams family members you list here.
Did you get them from family records or from the stones?

Hi Mary, it's a small town, but I'm not related as far as I know. Ted K

Sorry, I am not related, I was on a tour of Ireland last Sep and we stopped at many cemeteries and I took all the pixs I could in our allotted time at the cemetery.(Always trying to add more info to Find A Grave before it disappears). I was looking for my Keoughs but did not find them.
If you want them transferred just ask through the edit.

Mary, I apologize if I have not replied to you before now. I honestly don't know but doubt I did. Right after I received your note there was a death in the family and I have just returned from the funeral. At any rate, thanks for volunteering to take this photo. While we did not know Link or Helen personally, it is wonderful to hear nice things about my husband's relations. Thanks again,

Thank you for taking the time to search for the gavesite of Samuel in the Clintonville Cemetery in Venango Co., PA. Your efforts on behalf of this relative are most appreciated.

I did see that however was wondering if you or someone could get a better picture of it so that you can see the inscription. I'm working on a DAR application.
