|Dg541||RE: Armendia Carpenter Adams|
I SUGGEST WE MERGE THESE MEMORIALS FOR MINNIE CARPENTER ADAMS AND ARMENDIA CARPENTER ADAMS
AS ARMENDIA "MINNIE" CARPENTER ADAMS BECAUSE RELATIVES ARE ATTACHED TO BOTH.

Oops! I didn't find this cemetery when I was looking for Munnerlyn. You must be correct. This is closer to where they lived at Patroon
(Shelbyville)in Shelby County TX. This Munnerlyn is at Sexton, Sabine County, Texas. I will ask Find A Grave to correct my mistake.
Are you a relative of Minnie? She married James A. Adams DOB Dec 1854 DOD Mar. 2 1920. Don't have their date or place of marriage. Will try Sabine Co. marriage records. His first wife, Mary Jane Tillis, had their last child in 1897. He was on the 1900 census as widowed. By 1910 Minnie was listed as his spouse. His son Hiram's granddaughter
reports that he loved his step-mother and said she was a very good woman.

|Henrietta Luttmer||Jacob Odom|
I am from this line of Jacob Odom born 1815 and I would very much like to correspond with anyone who is from that line. I have just attended the National Odom Assembly where I was able to find two direct Odom cousins through DNA testing.

You are welcome.
|Jean Bower||Pearl Pope Carter @ Booneville|
Thanks for sending her parents' names; I've linked her to them.
|Monica Hicks Estes||Ada Swindle Hood|
I rec'd your message to link Ada to Elijah and Irene Swindle. I rec'd this because it is a cemetery I live close to. Since she already has a memorial set up, you will not need to make your request on the photo request page. She also has a headstone picture on her memorial 30772519. Go to this memorial and click the "edit" tab at top of her page. This will give you a space to request the person that is in charge of her memorial to make the needed connections. You did not mention how Ada was related to Elijah and Irene, but I am assuming this is her parents. You will need to notify the person in charge of her (which is Bertha Avery-Hood). She is the only person that can make connections on her memorial. I believe children have to be linked to their parents on the child's page though and not the parents memorials. Hope this helps...

Thanks for the information; I've linked her to her parents.
|Joyce ||RE: Williamson headstone photos|
My husband and I systematically took a photo of every headstone at the Pates Temple Cemetery with writing on it in 2009. I forgot about the photos until three days ago, and then starting adding the names and photos to Find A Grave. Since a photo of Elvina Williamson's headstone was not in the group, I'm wondering if the large monument headstone of William Spencer Williamson has some writing on one of the sides indicting the name and dates of Elvina. It could be a shared headstone. I live in Michigan, and make a trip to Alabama and Mississippi once a year for family research, so I'm not able to get back to the cemetery to check the large headstone. Do you live anywhere near the cemetery?

I have added his parents to his memorial.
|Sabrina Clark McGuire||Carpenter's at City Cemetery|
Do you have any relation to TW and Antoinette Carpenter at the Hamilton City Cemetery? I noticed you maintain their memorial. They are my great great great grandparents. Just curious!
