RE: Link to Father
Hi,

I linked up Edward Raymond to his parents. Would you like me to transfer his memorial and his wife's memorial to you?

Sarah Elizabeth "Sally" Reilley Briggs Memorial# 65607778
While researching a friend's Briggs family in Philadelphia, I came across the Find A Grave memorial for Sarah Elizabeth Reilley Briggs. Since the information on the memorial differs from the information I have found I would like to share my documentation for your consideration.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Marriage Index, 1885-1951 (Marriage License Number: 297656) 1913 - Groom: John H. Briggs, Bride: Sarah Riley.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Death Certificates (Certificate Number: 72465) - John Briggs (1913-1914) Father: John Briggs, Mother: Sarah Reilley.

U.S. Social Security Application (SSN: 177144589 Philadelphia) - Walter Joseph Briggs (1920-2000) Father: John H. Briggs, Mother: Sarah E. Reiley

Obituary of John Edward Briggs (1922-2011) - Parents listed as Henry Briggs and Sarah Frank. The confusion of the names of John Edward Briggs' parents is likely due to the information being given by members of the younger generations who were not fully aware of family names and relationships. The name "Frank" listed as his mother's maiden name was the married name of Sarah Elizabeth Reilley Briggs' younger sister, Anna Marie, who married John Gotfried Frank.

John and Sarah Briggs are found on the 1920 Philadelphia census and on 1930 and 1940 Philadelphia censuses with sons; Walter Joseph and John Edward Briggs.

A search for Richard Preston Briggs (1918-2005) found his parents listed as Walter H. Briggs and Sallie Flinchbaugh on his U.S. Social Security Application (SSN: 179098821). Further research found, Walter Hooven and Sallie Flinchbaugh Briggs with son, Richard P. Briggs, living in Red Lion, York, Pennsylvania. I hope this information helps with your research. RE: Marilyn Lorman Costello FAG Memorial # 130776139
Hi Barb-
I apologize for my very late response to your message. I had family issues that took my time away from everything else. :-) I have transferred management of Ms. Costello's page to you. She is your family and deserves to be with you. I did not make any edits before transferring.
Thank you for your long time support to this amazing page we belong to!

Matilda Valentine
Hey Barbara. I think what you guys are doing is amazing. I wish I lived a little closer to help. I live in Georgia - that's a little far off. Anyway I was looking at the Map of Mt. Moriah. Is Matilda buried in section 109? Is that how you read the burial cards? by the order number? Or is there no way to tell? My other question is have you come across anymore Valentine Burial Cards? Or maybe a John Huhn who died in 1881? Thank you for all the things you and the friends of Mt Moriah are doing. I hope that what happened to Ronaldsons doesn't happen to Mt. Moriah. Jennifer
