Betty Silcox
Garrett Family Reunion
June 29, 2013 is the date of the Garrett Reunion. Since I have seen your name on the Macedonia Cemetery notes maybe you would like to be there and meet some of the family. It seems that the Garrett family has an interesting history. My name is Betty Silcox from Jacksonville, Florida and am related to Rosa Ann Garrett McStephenson. The Reunion will be held in the Agricultute Center in Maccleney. The family would love to see you there. I can be reached on email bettysilcox@att.net and would love to hear from you. I have found some history about Obediah's father and brothers. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Searching
I am looking for my father's birth mother. I don't have much information other than he was born in Duval County July 19, 1945 to Barbra Kirkland and was adopted by Harry and Zylpha Covington of Thomasville, Georgia. I am hoping she is a relation of your's or maybe you can give me some ideas of where else to look? Any response would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
Sheri Covington
