Bio and Links
Bio Photo I love doing genealogy and searching cemeteries.
We have a 12 year old grandson, a baseball nut, who stays with us several days a week, while his mom works, so we are pretty busy. He helps me hunt for gravesites.
We have a blended family with 7 children so I get to do genealogy for all of them!
I also get sidetracked on pioneer cemeteries and the people who are buried there.
I don't do this for the numbers, but rather to help people make connections with their ancestors. I have met, online, many, many distant relatives and new friends while working on genealogical research.
If you have any questions, comments, or corrections, please contact me.
I must say I get frustrated when I see people who are just transcribing cemeteries for the numbers, and don't seem to want to transfer these memorials to family members. How sad to be so selfish!!

RE: Russell Helmer photo
Yes please. I would like any photo you have taken of any marker that isn't already on Find A Grave to be put on any memorial. Or if there is no memorial, I would like it if you would make a memorial to go with your marker photo. Thank you for taking photos of others while you were out at the cemetery. :)

Westlawn-Hillcrest Vets
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge #326.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

Schluter
I found her at Westlawn. It is under SCHULTER. Give me a few days and I will see if I can locate a headstone.
