Hi Lillie I was researching Sheriff's for St. Mary's County and came across Bennett Abell and his family. Listed is Bennett R. Abell Jr. On the headstone it is listed as Bennett M Abell Died April 25 1902 47 years of age. I have added the picture of the headstone

It's St Francis Xavier near Compton, St Mary's County. Thanks, Lillie.

I'm deleting mine, but he's buried in the cemetery where I have him listed according the Jesuit archives I've researched, along with several others of his order dating back to the 1600s. The Charles County-St Mary's County line shifted in this region a couple of times causing confusion for some locations.

|Daniel Maxwell||Question about the identity of a cemetery in Lewis co MO|
You seem to one of just a few users near (in?) the Lewis Co MO area. There is a cemetery I am wondering if you know the name of.
On google maps, there is a cemetery near the corner of Oleander Ave and Nutmeg St a ways from La Grange. This cemetery straddles in between what was the land of two of my ancestors - George T Moore and George W Morris (more of is on GW Morris's land).
Do you any idea the name of this cemetery? I could find it on no lists. We strongly suspect some of the Morris graves to be there, possibly other related to us, but not knowing the name it is hard for me to get anyone to check.

See 118519101 - she married Clement Gardiner and had many children - thanks for all your work
Thanks, but we stayed in due to all the rain and storms and will head out tomorrow.
We are going to Jacksonville, FL to help my step sister, younger than me, move out of her home and into two condos. One in Southern Fla and the other in Southern Ct.
In Ct. she has four great grand children. Two are teenagers and two babies. Yup, she is younger than I am and still going strong.
Best to you and all of yours, Bud.
