RE: Simmers ancestry
We are a little more distantly related than what I thought but we are related! Daniel Sr. is my first cousin 6 generations removed. This means his first cousin was James Wilson Simmers. James Wilson Simmers son was John Jones Howard Simmers. John's son was Frederick A. Simmers the first. Then his son was Frederick II, My grandpa was Frederick A Simmers III. What is interesting is that when I looked at your profile and realized you've always live in the area and our family never knew yours. I live outside of Pottstown towards Elverson. But we are definitely cousins then! Very neat. I dont want to put all the information where everyone can see it but I'll tell you more if you want to contact me by my email: tootsiecat08@comcast.net
Thanks for answering me,
Mel Simmers

Simmers ancestry
Hi Sabrina,
My mother and I are currently researching our family trees. My family are Simmers and we visited Alfred Simmers grave at Coventryville. But we dont know how he is related. I was wondering if you could tell me? Who was Alfred's parents and grandparents? By your memorials I'm guessing that we're related too. Daniel, Daniel Jr., Allen, and Oliver to name a few are all distant relatives in our tree.
