I am Susan Neff, Historian Emeritus of the Ford family and for the Dr. James Ford Historic Home in Wabash, Indiana. I am also Secretary of the board of directors of Falls Cemetery in Wabash.|
The first room of the house museum was built by Dr. Ford in 1841 and was enlarged to seven bedrooms as needed to accommodate his growing family. Dr. James & America (Holton) Ford occupied the house for nearly 60 years; it remained in the family for almost 140 years. It was reacquired in 2002, underwent a complete restoration and opened to the public as a living history museum in March 2005.
►►I don't mind if anyone copies my tombstone photos, but I will get extremely upset if my family photos are copied to other sites, especially without proper citation.

Yes, all Neff's are related; includes surname spellings Naf, Naff, Nave, Knaff, Kneff. My 7th great-grandfather, Hans Heinrich Neff, immigrated with his family from Switzerland via Bavaria in the early Fall of 1717. I am descended from his 2nd son, Dr. John Henry Neff - b. 1705, d. 1784 Shenandoah Co, Virginia. Work is in process to identify and organize this entire family, including subsequent immigrations, and much is documented on Findagrave by the Neff Family Historical Society. To see those ancestors in my direct line, please visit the virtual cemetery A2 Line of Neff Family.

You are welcome. Whenever possible, memorials should be handled by family members (even if they are just cousins). That's my thought anyway.
|Patricia O||Glenn Baker Memorial|
I've forwarded a message to you via email that I sent to Martin Packer. Hopefully, he'll work with us and return 'Shorty's' memorial to you. So sorry this has happened to you but maybe we can get it straightened out without having to bring in the admin.
|Patricia O||Glenn 'Shorty' Baker, Memorial #56287517|
I sent you an email last week in reference to a memorial for your cousin Glenn that I had transferred to you. Since I haven't heard back from you, I'm wondering if it went through. Would you please contact me: email@example.com.
|Wendy L Fielding||Ernest & Ione Ford|
Hi, I was so excited to find Ernest and Ione on your site...I have been looking for them for years as they were my husbands grandmother Alice Fielding's best friend. I have several letters from them to my father in law Fred. They took care of Alice when she had a embolism and was in the hospital and again when she passed away as Fred was in the Military in the Panama Canal. I have heard stories of them from the day I met my husband; from my m in law Naomi and about how much they meant to Alice, Cannie and to Fred and Naomi. They even gave Alice's mother Cannie a bible one Christmas that was passed to me one Christmas. Thank you for posting a picture of both of them for me to add to the family story...if you have any other's I'd love to have them.
Thank you for your reply.

I am wondering if you know any person that would be willing to lookup an obituary for me for the above person. She is a distant relative of my husband and I am working on the Davis genealogy of which Iona, through her father is a distant relative. Thank you. I tried to send you a private E-mail, but it didn't go through.
