During the summer of 2010 I began to research my biological family tree. It has been extremely addicting! |
I have found I have 15 ancestors that were on the Mayflower-
4 Brewsters: Elder William Brewster, my 10th great grandfather and his wife. Also two son's Love & Wrestling my 9th great grand uncles.
4 Fullers: Samuel Fuller my 9th great grandfather, and my 9th great grand uncles Edward Fuller and William Fuller. Also, Mrs. Edward Fuller.
3 Eatons: Also Francis & Sarah Eaton my 9th great grand parents, along with their infant son, Samuel, my 8th great grandfather.
4 Billingtons: My 9th great grandfather Francis, his parents Eleanor & John my 10th great grandparents, and my 9th great grand uncle, John.
My lines also cross twice and I recently found out that about 437 years ago I have direct ancestors in common with my husband.
I am also researching my sister's father's Duffey ancestors and my brother's Personett(e) ancestors.
I am a special education teacher and I'm married with one son and a step-daughter.

Thanks for catching that huge mistake i have since corrected the mistake and put the photo on the correct Katherine and William Kohler. I will be going back soon enough to get some more photos.

You are welcome. Sorry it did not come out as clear as I like. The sun was reflecting a glare. If I get a chance to retake it sometime I will try to get a better quality photo.

You're welcome! I added the photos to Lyman. There were a lot of Munger's in the plot...and it looks like you've now found a lot elsewhere in the cemetery too!

So but no marker. A groundskeeper gave me the exact spot this time, Hard section to understand. Basically single grave section.

35045988 this is his Memorial number
Hello, I was just wondering if you may have known anything about Mr. Mark Thrash? I've grown up to hear that he is my 4th Great Uncle. I saw where you commented on his grave photo and thought I would ask if you were maybe a relative down the line?

A personal note... I was pretty astonished when I drove out to Oxford Memorial today to fulfill requests and there were wild flowers out everywhere! (Plus, any planted daffodils were out in full bloom!) The story inscribed on Janie's grave is so sad, but the two photos that I took of the grave just top the cake and really help to melt some of the bittersweetness away! What an amazing compliment those wild flowers were to the grave's design! Probably my most-appealing F-A-G photo to-date! I sincerely hope you enjoy the photos! (I know I am.) ~Everett

Are you sure Anne Ahearn was a Swallow?
|RAP||RE: Jane M. Judd Bowman|
You are welcome. Her son, John Eldon Bowman was buried near her. I will be adding his picture tomorrow. I added all the photo requests from the cemetery first. Sorry Jane did not photograph well. I tried different angles but she didn't cooperate.

Per your request for a picture for Clara Raymond 105130205 in Mount Hope Cemetery Jones County.
Clara is one listed in the book published for cemeteries of Jones County with a burial location as unknown in Mount Hope.
She is one of some 150 listed in Mount Hope with unknown locations. I entered them on Find A Grave in hopes someone would see the name and maybe help in information on each. So far I have had 4 I think who have responded. Those 4 were actually supposed to be in another cemetery.
Having no location for Clara's plot I have no idea where to go to take the picture.
