If you would like me to transfer a memorial to you, just ask, if they are not related to me I will transfer them to you. And because I am not able to work on FAG info everyday it may take a while to delete or add info to memorials. Also if you request a transfer it may take a couple of days. I try to do these things as quickly as possible, please be patient. Remember, to err is human, to forgive is devine. Happy Findagraving.|

I told Richard Gosnell what you said about you & your wife being kin to Portman Gosnell's family, he said he would very much like to talk to you, he thinks that you two could be of very much help to each other. 864-579-4668

I appreciate your changes. I think Richard Gosnell is the one you should talk to, he gave me the info & I've been verifying/researching his family for him online. He's my cousin but I'm not kin to the Gosnell's. Richard is very adamant that a lot of people don't look into it very hard & think they have it right but he's been looking for years & has sources they don't have. I would trust his expertise over most people's.
Thanks for making the changes. I'll tell him. He'll want to connect the right children to the right mother. There were 2 Mary's who married into that family, one married the father & died before 1900 & the other married the son. Both are buried at Motlow Creek. One has a death certificate & the dates are a generation apart so it's pretty easy to identify who they are.
I'm not sure who contacted you last year, I wonder.
Anyway, thanks. It'll please Richard to no end.

Great god job getting her information. There is another child.
Mrs. Rachel Coley
Campobello, Route 2 - The community was saddened last Wednesday morning by the death of Mrs. Rachel Coley, wife of George W. Coley, of near Motlow. Her death was very sudden and unexpected, though she had been sick with grip a week. She leaves a husband, three sons, one daughter, and several brothers and sisters with a host of friends. She was a member of Motlow Baptist Church. She was buried at Holly Springs. Rev. J. R. Underwood conducted the funeral services.
published in the Spartanburg Herald March 15, 1911
See Holly Spring cemetery.

Thanks So much and again, thanks for all you have done and are doing !!!!
I was researching this family and found that Fannie's name on the 1880 census was Margaret, I noticed you did not have this on her memorial. Her father William Cornelius Crittenden was living in Campobello TWP, Spartanburg Co, SC in 1880 with his 2nd wife Elvira & 2 daughters, Margaret & Queen. I also found him in 1870 in Polk Co with his 1st wife Mary (Shields) but no children.
I was also told that their family donated the land for the church where his family are buried.

Thank you so much. It took years for me to find out where Fred & Mary Baber were.
If you don't mind, I'd love to take you up on your offer and have Fred Baber #54328701 and Mary McKenzie Baber #54328723 transferred to me.
Mary was my father's first cousin.
Thank you so much!!!

Hi Record Hunter, yes thank you for aunt Addie's obituary! You brightened my day. I enjoy every bit of information found on my ancestors. I'm getting more involved in my genealogy now that I have more time. Thanks again. I hope all goes well for you. Yvonne
