I have been tracing my family for over 25+ years now. I love finding new links to my family and that is how I found Find a Grave. I think this is an awesome site with all the volunteers helping document area cemeteries and I feel honored to be one of those volunteers. My husband retired in 2012 and we have moved down to this area where his family has lived for several generations and I am still learning where the area cemeteries are. If I have taken a picture of your loved one's grave you do not need to ask permission to use the picture. That is why I take the pictures. Also if I have a memorial of your loved one just let me know how you are related and I will gladly transfer the memorial to you.
