Maintained by my mother Beverly and myself. "Just trying to find some of our ancestors and taking extra photos along the way."|
I ended up at "Find A Grave" through my Genealogy research and have since found it a wonderful place to honor passed family members. A Big Heartfelt "Thank You" to those who leave tokens on the memorials of my loved ones. It is deeply appreciated.
I will consider transferring memorials of my non-family members to members of their families or friends, even outside the
Find A Grave "direct relatives within four generations" policy. Please specify your relationship when requesting transfers.
Find A Grave is successful because of volunteer's, I prefer transferring to members who have volunteered/created more memorials than they manage.
We remain alive,
as long as we are being remembered;
Those who have passed from this world,
die only when we whom they loved forget them...
...Once upon a time I walked across this hard, cold earth, and when I reached the end of my journey I looked back and beheld that the winds of time had erased all signs that I was ever here. But if you look closely, you will see an indentation here and a groove there, and if we are both very lucky you will find a foot print. And if you will look and find the signs of my passing, and remember me for a day or a season, I will be grateful.

|Paul Rolfe||Timm family|
Thank you for responding. I went ahead and entered the remaining Timm graves. They are all together in Walnut Hill so I assume they are related to each other but I understand they may not be part of your interest group. At least now you can look at them and see if there is any connection. If you find there is, feel free to let me know. I do not know the family and will be glad to transfer any of them.

If you are tracing the Timm family, you may be interested to know there are several more buried beside Eva and Frederick in Walnut Hill, including a Ruth who died in 1944.
my sister-in-law has created many Meginness memorials. Cristy
Nice to meet you. Your pictures are wonderful. They mean so much now. Sandra
I think I figured it out. Is our connection thru Hannah Nixon and Sarah Nixon being sisters who married Meginnesses. Hannah had Eliza who had Cecile your grandmother.
Sarah had Grant who had Hazel who is my grandmother
Hi Dennis, Just curious if you are related to my Meginness family. Have noticed your birthday tributes to some. Sandra Sheehan Munyon

I am trying to locate the date of death and burial for Oscar's parents, Carroll Edward Johnson (born 1 Jan or June 1899, Sloan, Woodbury Co., IA) and Grace Victoria Sanderson (born 20 Sept 1899, Monona Co., IA and died before 1940). Would you have any information regarding them.
|Janet||Louise M Branham|
Hi I am helping another person find more information about Louise M Branham and you have her buried in the Calvary Cemetery, Sioux City. They can find no record of her. Do you know where she is buried and whom her gravesite may belong to. I am trying to find a death date so I may get an obituary for someone who is searching the family of December 7, 1941 pearl harbor
thank you Jan email@example.com
