|Mindy Maines Kannianen||RE: Photo credits|
No, Gary. Please leave them. I was just cranky that day. I didn't realize the Maines-Goss was on there. You are providing a good service. My apologies!
|Mindy Maines Kannianen||Photo credits|
Gary, while I'm sure many people appreciate your photo additions to Find A Grave, the rules are that you are not to post photos that you did not personally take and you can't post photos from another website. I have noticed that you have posted several of my personal photos from Ancestry.com of graves at Mt. Gilead in Harrison County, Kentucky. I don't usually mind sharing photos but I do mind when my work is not credited. In the future, please do not use my photos without giving proper credit. Thank you.
|Linda Warman Sims||Barndenburg Edits|
Thank you for the Brandenburg family edits and links, they are much appreciated. I have added the biographical information, left on the flower token, for Calvin E. Brandenburg to his bio, to prevent it being lost in the tokens section. I have credited you for that info, Thanks again,Linda Sims
|Casscogirl||Frances Sarah Crawford Snodgrass|
Do you have evidence that Frances married John Howard Snodgrass? John was married to Vita Nell Kunkel. Vita passed away in 1971 and John passed away in 1976. On John's gravestone there is not a wife listed on the gravestone just a blank spot where a name would be engraved. I can find records that he was married to Vita but I cannot find records that he was married to Frances. Frances was married at least 3 times, but her obituary does not list the names of her husbands.

Thank you for your email . . . I find this fascinating since the cemetery books for Wayne County do not list the Bobett/Bobbetts in Thomason, in spite of the photo which could have been taken anywhere and put on the memorial. They are, however, listed in the Maple Hill Cemetery book and their obits (spelled Bobbett) both indicate burial in Maple Hill. Since my memorials were the first for them in the correct cemetery, I am going to leave them there and request photos in Maple Hill. It will be interesting to see if the photo is the same. Again, thanks for letting me know, I will watch this with interest.

If you want any of the Evans memorials at the Neffsville Church of the Brethren Cemetery let me know. I am not related just adding to the cemetery. I photographed the entire cemetery and am slowly getting them entered.

|Linda Fox||Jaily Fox Brandenburg|
Jaily (unsure if the spelling is correct) was my paternal grandmother's maternal grandmother as well as my paternal grandfather's aunt (yes, my grandparents were cousins). From what Granny told me, Jaily had what they called "the bloody flux"(colon cancer). Granny said that Jaily suffered from it for at least five years, finally becoming bedridden and then passing on. Granny said that Jaily was one of the sweetest people and my granny loved her dearly. Granny and her sister Tina (prounounced Tiny) bought a headstone for Jaily in either the 1970s or 1980s. I have seen a picture of it but it's been several years now as my granny has since passed on. I've always wanted to visit the grave but am not familiar enough with the area to know if I could find the cemetery or not.

Thank you very much! I am the queen of typos, and I wanted to make sure it wasn't "Ewing." Appreciate it!
