I have been working on my avocation as an amateur genealogist and family historian since 1999. My ancestors were Germans, Irish, Scots, and others who came to America.|

VIcki- Thank you so much for all your research! From what you have sent, I don't think this is the Earl (and Geraldine) that I am looking for. You are very kind to have sent me San Diego Earl's information. Sally

Thank you, Vicki, for your information. There is a Geraldine
Stewart buried in the same cemetery with the right dates.
I'm not sure if this is the Earl Stewart I am looking for.
Mrs. Earl Stewart (Geraldine) was living in Chicago in 1929.
Do you know if Earl was married?

Vicki- I saw where you left a memorial on his site at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego. I think Earl was married to Geraldine Stewart, also in the cemetery. Any information on Earl would be much appreciated. Geraldine is the relative that I am trying to find. Thanks! Sally

will be happy to try...... will keep you posted.
|Mark McCrady||RE: Minnie Parsons|
I have made the changes to Minnie as you suggested. When I first started going into cemeteries and photographing, I was shocked at how many women are buried with a previous spouse, and not with the one that they are with at the time of their death. Now, I have seen it so many times that it doesn't surprise me. It could be that they want to be with the father of the children, or the spouse that died was the love of their life, or even in some cases, children of the previous spouse bury Mom with the Dad. If you would like to have her transferred to you, just let me know. I don't "own" any of these except my own family, and will always transfer out of the guidelines.
Have a Great Day

I got your message about Minnie, but I'm not sure how I should list her now. This is the kind of thing that we run into when putting up memorials from a stone. She is buried with J.Frank Parsons, and her name is Parsons on the stone, and the Liebrandt name appeared to be her maiden name, that was my error. I have always been told that when someone is married more than once, that one should't put all of the married names in that persons name. She was married to a Liebrandt, but is buried as a Parsons, so how do you want her name to read? Let me know what you think.
Sorry to report that John & Sarah have no existing monument. I'll add a photo of their burial location. It is well marked by a numbered concrete curb along the front of their lot.

Hi I am curious about the info for Abraham Kiefer at Moselem Church buried 1778. Can you fill me in or let me know where you got your info? Thanks!!
|firstname.lastname@example.org||Abraham Kieffer Memorial # 6290021|
I just sent you an email with documentation showing that this individual's name is Abraham Kieffer Jr, which would seem to indicate that his father's name was Abraham too, instead of Hans as shown.
Just something for you to consider. Thanks for all of your hard work on findagrave!

Frederick L Jones is buried next to his wife Emma, but the grave is also unmarked.
