I am a retired mathematics teacher living in Venice, Florida. Upon retirement in 1997, my Dad presented me with his family history 'brick wall' and I was hooked! I enjoy learning about the lives of my ancestors and sharing information with the many cousins that I have encountered in this journey.

I was born in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, where all my great grandparents converged circa 1900. Some were descendants of early immigrants who gradually moved west from the coastal states and others arrived directly to the area as late as the 1880s.

I migrated west to Crown Point, Indiana with the relocation of my parents in the 1960s. Indiana is where I met my husband and spent my working years.
