Bio

I live in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada and started my genealogy hobby in 2008. That lasted for less than a year, and then I started again in the winter of 2011. I'm not a professional, but monitor, and have volunteered to answer some easy questions and requests for Medicine Hat and area. I'm a member of the Genealogical Society of Medicine Hat, here in Canada.

I am attempting to place all my family tree research on the computer.
I love to see the photos on FIND A GRAVE, this is why I like to help with this web site. I was happy to see my grandmother's biography that someone else had made up, thus I was hooked to add the rest of my family and help others with theirs. So it's not my fault that I've become obsessed with the family history. I have a need to connect the dots. I am happy to be a part of this great web site.

My grandparents would of had a field day with all the information that is at our fingertips today? Many thanks go out to all the volunteers through the various groups, like Find A Grave that give their time to help put the family puzzles together.

Names I am researching: Harnack/Harnock or Harnick, Bennett, Court, Henry, Housley, Winslow, Proudy, and . Shields
