I belong to the Lower Wisconsin River Genealogical and Historical Research Center(LWR) out of Wauzeka, WI,(see website link below).|
I have always been a graver and I have walked countless cemeteries and have studied the subject for decades. My cemetery interests started when I was maybe 8 years old if not before. I am now in my 60s and live in southwest Wisconsin.
My files are constantly growing and the work continues. I am also big into local history where I live. I will do additions, corrections, link ups and transfers upon request, but PLEASE provide memorial numbers for such services and use the Edit tab on the memorials for such requests.
The only truly dead are those who have been forgotten.
Thus quoth the Raven " Nevermore!"

|Ginny Reeves||Thomas Davis|
This is the headstone of my gggrandfather. The correct information for him is:
Thomas Davis; born March 16, 1816 in Kentucky, died February 13, 1891, Richland County, Wisconsin
Married: Nancy Elizabeth Rogers who was born March 1, 1820 in Switzerland County, Indiana and died April 2, 1911 in Crawford County, Wisconsin.
Their children are:
Mary A. Davis 1838-1913
Elijah P. Davis 1839-1928
James M. Davis 1841-1898
Isaac M. Davis 1841-1850
John William Davis 1843-1920
Sarah Ann Davis 1846-1882
Jasper H. Davis 1848-1935
Francis Marion Davis 1850-?
George Washington Davis 1852-1920
Evan Thomson Davis 1854-?
Thomas Jefferson Davis 1858-1940
Andrew Jackson Davis 1860-1956
Nancy Elizabeth Davis 1862-1948
Thomas' parents are: James Davis 1772-1857 and Mary Ann ? 1780-1867. Both born in Virginia
Please make these changes whenever you can so other researchers don't make mistakes on their genealogies.
Thank you!!! Ginny Reeves, email@example.com

I've traced the Lathrops in Wauzeka back to this guy FindAGrave# 88068630. At least if my and other people's research is correct. I just thought you might find it interesting. Thank you for the help that you've given me with the Lathrops.

I am doing a bit of family research, and have finally seen what appears to be my G-G-Grandmotherís grave site. I want to order a death certificate, but Sand Prairie is not on the list of cities on ancestry.coms VitalChek page. Should I pick a nearby town? Thanks for the help!

Thanks so much for the transfer. I was wondering do you have any information on his death he came from Indiana and wife ended up in Nebraska so not sure why he ended up in Wisconsin. Any information or places to look would help so much. Thanks.
