Mary Capes Marker DeVal, thanks so much for the photo, you did a terrific job. We thought this might be my brother in-law's grandmother and the date on the memorial was wrong but I guess not. Did you see any other Capes buried near her?? Thanks again, Earl
Kiser Cemetery, Carroll County I was working in my family tree and found your name as having photographed graves in this cemetery. Red's father's second wife, Dena Mae Williams Davis, is buried there, as well as some of her Williams kin (her daddy Moses and Joel Williams, who was buried there in 1872.I think he was an uncle of Dena Mae's. (Red's mother was Mr. Davis' third wife). George Kiser, also buried there, is Dena Mae's maternal grandfather, I think.
Do you have a connection to someone buried there? I was tickled to see your name.
Kiser Cemetery Plaque Grave memorial 44830153 is at Kiser Cemetery. Do you know anything about this cemetery and when the plaque was put in? I was there about 18 months ago and did not see anything like the plaque shown. In fact the cemetery was very overgrown.
Thanks for any help you can shed on the cemetery. Looks like I have several relatives and their kinfolk buried there.
