Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am constantly tramping through cemeteries in Starke and Lake Counties, Indiana, looking for relatives for the family tree. If I can help someone else in the process, I'd be glad to. If someone wants a memorial transferred, just ask. I'm focusing on the last names of Gappa, Lemke, Huebner, Schacht, Keehn, Byer, Haley, Helms, Giffin, Wilhelm, Schnaufer, and Kaiser for me while I'm working on Swatts, Brooke, Johnson, Mathias, and Vanaman for my cousin.

Thank you SOOO Much!
Hello Mr. Gappa,

Thank you for taking the time to take a picture of my grandfather's grave (Nathaniel McCorkle). I so appreciate it. I live in Georgia so I'm not able to visit his grave. So again, thank you and my family thanks you as well. Many blessings to you!

Richard Byer
Andy, there is now a stone for Richard "Dick" Byer in the Willshire cemetery. The stone was recently placed in late fall of last year or just recently placed this year. Please submit your request again and I will add the photo for you, thanks, Deb Curry.

RE: the Hamitons and Stedhams
You are very welcome. Going back through my photos I found that I had also taken a closeup of Roy's wife's side so I've posted those to her memorial.

Westlawn-Hillcrest Vets
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge #326.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.
