Many of the memorials I've added are a result of headstone photos taken "Along The Way". Please use the Edit tab on any memorial I've added, to suggest a correction, or provide additional information (i.e. maiden name, spouse, parents, etc.) or to request a transfer.
Note: permission granted to use any headstone photo I've added to Find A Grave (contributed by AlongTheWay) for any genealogical use, as long as they are not offered for sale.

Could you please transfer ownership of Memorial# 115947171 to me.
Thank you so much! Deb
Thanks for data on Robert. With your help I was able to connect him into my family. I'm waiting for others to connect him to his parents.

I cannot remember answering, but I am pretty sure there was a military marker.
Thanks for making the edits. I am eager to see what you can find out. Since I am not local I don't have access to some of the great research materials that can be found in the local libraries and historical societies. I will be happy to take over the records when you are ready.

This helps tremendously! Thank you. Minnie Peck was the first wife of my great-grandfather, Samuel Burbridge (1863-1924, also buried in Fountain Prairie Cemetery), before he married my great-grandmother. This helps me confirm more details about his life. Thanks again.

Subject memorial is for Minnie E. Peck. Headstone contains three names: Arthur Berton (1858-1877), Oscar (1855-1877), and Minnie E. (1865-1886). But name "Peck" is not there. At least not on the side of the headstone that was photographed. Were all three individuals named Peck? It appears there is writing on adjacent side of headstone. Can you provide more information? Greatly appreciate your efforts. Regards, Jeffrey W. Adams, Long Beach, CA.
|Dale E. Ebersold||Vanisky|
Thanks for the link to the mother of the young Vanisky brothers.
I sent you some sourced Winona, MN newspaper articles on the Vanisky's while they lived in Trempealeau. They might be helpful during future research on Anna and her second husband Hans Peterson.

Thank you so much for the excellent military plaque photo. That definitely determines that we have found our 455th AAA Bn. (WWII) comrade. Much appreciated!
