We have 2 pages. On here, there are memorials of people in local cemeteries. Our relatives are on our other page. |
We're more than happy to transfer ownership of any memorials that are your family. If there are any changes or corrections you'd like to make to any of these memorials or if you'd like a transfer, please use the edit tab.
Many of the Winnebago County memorials were created using indices compiled by the Winnebagoland Genealogical Society and Janet Eiler.
Some of the early Riverside memorials were created with the help of Ginny Cross's "Riverside Cemetery Burials 1841-1908-an incomplete list."
Note: Permission granted to use any headstone photo that we've added to Find A Grave for any genealogical use, as long as they are not offered for sale.

That is definitely the same person and the US certificate matches the place of death on the Brazilian burial register. I have added a copy of the Brazilian document, perhaps you may wish to alter the order of the photos and have the grave first, then US doco & then Brazilian. ( up to you). I have just finished loading all my entries for this cemetery which I took when living in Brazil for three years.
That was a good outcome.Happy Christmas

I have loaded all the burials for Cemiterio dos Ingleses in Rio De Janeiro. Amongst the burial records is a Carl DeWitt Jackson who died 13 June 1935 and his age on register given as 64 BUT his body was never buried in Brazil but was shipped back to the USA. I realise your date of birth on your entry for Carl is slightly different but perhaps the age given in Brazil for him was incorrect?? Would you know if this is one and the same person?
