I started doing genealogy when my youngest son had to do a project for school, I was hooked. My husband has taken me to cemeteries across country and helped me search for graves in flood warning rains, scorching heat, invasions of ants and yes even walking fish along a highway. It has been an adventure learning who and where we came from, and meeting new relatives and friends, living and those long gone. They came from Russia, Ireland, England,to North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and points in between and all points met to where I live in Washington state. Who knows where my future generations will go, but what a journey...My research is on WORLEY, KING, SURRETT, AUSTIN, HAMMOND, SHOOK, SIRGEDAS, HEITMANN, HARRISON, PATTERSON and those that branched out. When my time comes to leave this earth , I look forward to a great family reunion,BOY!!do I have questions !

Would you be willing to transfer my grandma Wrinda and her sisters and other family you may have to me? I have more information and photos so that all their entries could be greatly expanded and would like to do so.

According to the City of Poulsbo Cemetery office, they have no record of this person buried at this site. I also walked the cemetery and could not find a headstone.

Please advise as to your source or your thoughts as to what other cemetery might be the correct one, as I had tried to respond to a photo request.

Thank you.

Wrong Death Date for Fannie King King
Hello Norma,
According to Fannie King King's death certificate, she died 23 March not 23 August. DC names parents Joshua King & Pollie Mack. Her husband John W. King was her first cousin.

Sherlocks Cousin
RE: Jane Ingle Worley
When I can link these 2 Janes, they will be in my friend's family tree. Although I am married to a Worley, there is no blood relation. By the way, you might want to let the 'photographer' know she posted the same & identical headstone pic to both of the Jane Worleys. I don't think that is right since you have them married to 2 different people.

RE: Cemetery Location
Hi, No problem. And yes...I agree...most people only hear and see Tacoma even though it has several suburb cities....Fircrest to name one which is where I live. They should probably put Tacoma/Lakewood in the name to avoid confusion. But I'm sure we can't get that changed... :(. Take care.
