The stone in my photo says it all|
"This is Me"
This stone can be found in the Mentor City Cemetery, Mentor Ohio. It is part of a family plot towards the back of the cemetery. There is a main family stone and than this one. It's not the prettiest stone by far but the guy had a sense of humor. I smile everytime I see it.
Now to more Find A Grave stuff.
You know what truly amazes mamaquilts, is the number of people who send her an email stating that the memorial she has created is a duplicate. Then it turns out that the other memorial is a duplicate because it was created after the one that Mamaquilts made. Mamaquilts does report people who purposely create duplicates.
Please use the Edit buttons found on each memorial. They do make is much easier for updates to be done.
Please use the EDIT button for memorial transfers with a statement as to why you want to have the transfer made (family member, friend, military etc). If it falls outside of the Find A Grave rules, mamaquilts has the last say as to whether or not she'll transfer. She is very accommodating with transfers.
Please remember that most of the people here on Find A Grave are volunteers and do have lives out side of this site. Please wait the 30 days for corrections to be done.
UPDATE: Please wait for the 30 days that is required for Find A Grave correction to take place. Mamaquilts does not live on this website and makes corrections on her time as it is permitted.
In March of 2014, Mamaquilt's Dad was killed in an accident. If you would like to visit her Dad's memorial you can find it here

The edit I recommended is based on where Helen was actually born. I have the names of her parents, husband, and children. Thank you for the memorial. Also, I have a photo.

By the way, thank you for your patience with my many edits, especially the plots. Earlier in the summer, I noticed that the photo requests had gotten up into the upper 700s, so it's been my mission to stop after work and try to get that number to be more manageable. The first step has been to get locations on the memorials so that I or anyone else taking the photo can know where to start. Thanks for all the memorials you've loaded into Highland Park!

Hey Mama, how do you handle multiple spouses?....I don't mean at the same time, just more than one.
|Janice||RE: highland park and potters field|
Ah, OK, yes, that was a typo on my part! Sorry. I thought the Sec 300 was a part of Highland Park, and I still think it will be confusing to many because people who are buried in Sec 330/Potter's Field/Cleveland Memorial are listed in the Highland Park index. But now I see that FindaGrave (and some other sources) have the burial area listed as a separate cemetery, and geographically that makes sense too. I'll go ahead and join you in working to separate out those who are in the Sec. 300 cemetery.
