RE: Deepest Sympathies
I'm glad you finally got to talk to her. Hope all is well with them!! Sure wish I would've gotten to have known Joey too....I haven't been on here in awhile my mom passed away and been busy "picking up all the pieces" now.

RE: Deepest Sympathies
I saw that in the obituary. I also met a cousin of ours on your side a couple of weeks ago. She was surprised he passed away and said he had liver cancer which she didn't know about until he passed.

RE: Deepest Sympathies
You're very welcome! Aww, I'm sorry, sure thought you knew but I understand because I rarely get any news from some of mine either. A lot of people around here have asked if I was related to him and they all said he was one great guy! Unfortunately, I never got to meet him but our Chamblee family is so big & I didn't grow up around many of them. My daddy died when I was only 3 years old, so I don't know 1/4 of our family. From now on if I hear anything like that, I'll send you an email instead and let you know as soon as I find out. I did figure out my grandpa & dad were named after your grandpa, James AMBROSE & my grandma Lou Belle's brother, James DONALDSON. We have a cousin who is 92 & very well intact. I saw him at my aunt's funeral 2 wks ago & I'm going to visit him soon. He has lots of info to share. I can't wait! 2 of my aunts are almost 90 & are eager to share info with me too. I'll let you know if I find out anything cool to share.

Also, Skip, if you could also link the following children to William Wesley Chamblee (memorial# 119209318) and Lou Belle Johnson Chamblee (memorial# 40868572):

Johnnie Attison Chamblee (40867876)
Wesley Pellum Chamblee (40868767)
I've already asked others to link Aunt Marie, Uncle Tom, and Aunt Jean to them as well. Thank you very much!!!

RE: Chamblee, Lou Belle
Hello Cousin. Nice to meet you! My grandfather was Ambrose D. Chamblee and my dad was A.D. Jr.; both are buried in Shady Dale Cemetery, along with couple other Chamblees. Thank you so very much for linking those together!!

Chamblee, Lou Belle
She was my great grandmother. She was born and died in Cass County, Texas. Her parents are William Addison Johnson (62277149) and Harriet "Hattie" Byron S. Mays (91316473). If you could link them, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much!!
