I enjoy doing Genealogy, and always seaching for any and all relations of our families. I started doing this about 12-14 years ago and have enjoyed every minute of it, meeting new relatives, and visiting many of the cemeteries of East Texas. I joined Find a grave about 7 years ago, and it has been a tremendious help in my family searches.|

Thank you, so much, Bonnie!
|Gramie Pamie||Full birth and death dates for L. Jones Richardson, etc.|
So sorry.... I forgot to post the full birthdates and death dates for Llewellyn Jones Richardson and wife, Nellie. (F-A-G #17430417)
L. Jones Richardson was born 17 Jan. 1879 at Macon Co., Alabama and died 3 March 1921 in Van Zandt Co., Texas
Nellie Adele (Russell) Richardson was born 23 Nov. 1883 (not 1888) at Tyler, Smith Co., TX and died 27 July 1976 at Van, TX.
Thank you, so much. Pam Robinson

Bonnie, thank you for maintaining the Find-A-Grave memorials here. I found an interesting set of graves of some relatives of my husband. The first gravestone, I believe, has been misinterpreted. It's a rather odd stone, in that it has the husband's name at top left and wife's name at top right, but gives the appearance of being just one person. Llewellyn Jones Richardson was married to Nellie Adele Russell. The dates shown do say "Born" between them, but it was interpreted to say that the person had been born 1879 and died 1888. It is actually each of their birth years. The Find-A-Grave number for them is #17430417. It is easy to see how it was mistaken because the stone really looks old, but Llewellyn (they called him "Jones") died in 1921 and Nellie in 1976. Also, two of their sons, William Henry Richardson (F-A-G #18093731) and Jesse Thomas Richardson (F-A-G-# 18093741) also buried at Marvin Chapel, should be linked to the parents. Thank you! Pam Robinson

My sympathies on the death in your family.
There may be some edits already sent but I will hold off for a while. I know I've been inundating you, but I've been "on a roll" in finding information.

My name is Sharon Hoffman and my dad, Vestell Martin is buried in Williams Cemetary. He did not have a headstone instead it was a military footstone. My husband & I got a headstone and put it in this past weekend, also moved his footstone to the bottom. I took some photos and can email them to you but would need you email. That is if this is something you do. His marker before was buried too deep and with the water running down hill from the rain, it was covered in dirt so hopefully this time, it won't do that.
My email is firstname.lastname@example.org if you want me to send you photos to update his placement.

|speell||Judy Rackel Hawkins|
Bonnie, thank you for correcting Judy's name. Her parents, though, were not Hawkins, they were Rackel's and are still living. Could you correct this please.
