I am a member of the Skagit Valley Genealogical Society; also a full time RV'er I am only in the Skagit Valley during the summer months. I do have cemetery records for Green Hills Memorial Cemetery Vol 2 in Burlington, Bow Cemetery Vol 8 as well as Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in La Conner Vol 4 and do have access to other valley volumes while here. I also have the Skagit County Index to Funeral Home Records 1908-1994. |
My research is centered my paternal Sinrud & maternal Thompson roots; my 1st wife's paternal Olson & maternal grandmother's Ziska roots, my 2nd wife Carlee's paternal Weymouth & maternal Hyde roots as well as Carlee's 1st husband's Dalan family & it's extensions, in Skagit County.

To get your request for a photo of this person at Live Oak Memorial Park in Monrovia, California it would help if you could call the cemetery and obtain the grave location and add that information to your request, or message me with the location.
They are very busy but they do respond to requests but you might have to leave them your email or telephone number so that they can contact you with the grave location at a time to suit their work schedule.
Their number is (626) 359-5311

Hello Doug, At long last I was able to change Mary's spouse to Iver Jess Knutzen. Please add memorial numbers if you know it,when you ask for addition or correction. It will be a great help. Again,I apologize for being so long making the correction. Thank you for your help and time you give to Find A Grave. Frankie

Doug, I'm sorry this is the best I could do. Spent 3 days trying to dig out the white stuff someone had used to make the letters stand out. Whatever it was it hardened like cement, went through a bunch of bamboo skewers trying. Wood ones broke to easy. If you would like to put up another photo request that would be OK with me. Frustration set in and I had to quit. No picture I took did it justice as it is a very pretty stone. Cyndy B.

Forgot to add "on both" sorry

I will be replacing the picture. Having a terrible time with the weather if I am tied up it's sunny, if I'm free it's raining. Please bear with me I'll get it yet. Cyndy B.

A guy named Brad recently photographed the entire St. Joseph's Cemetery including your Flemings. Go to Nebraskagravestones.org and search.
Brad will upload some of his photos to findagrave upon request. He considers his photos copyrighted and requests that you ask permission before you copy his photos to other sites.

I found your request in my emails today, and I don't remember if I got back to you on Jacob. He is actually buried in the Fairmont Cemetery NOT the Fairmont Catholic cemetery. The gal that has made several entries has people listed in the Catholic cemetery who are actually buried in the Fairmont Cemetery. Confusing, I know....there are 2 separate cemeteries about 1 mile apart. I have sent requests to her several times to remove or at least check to make sure her entries are not actually in the other cemetery. Oh well....we keep on going forward!

I'm not sure if you received my email of 10/11, but I posted additional photos after another trip to Woodstock Cemetery. Brian Weeden

I've transferred Laura. Hope it's okay that I also transferred her husband too.
