|John Wilson||Sarah Caroline Lapsley (1842-1923)|
I'm related to the Lapsley family.
Sarah married William Lewis Phillips (1842-1910)
There are 1900, 1910, 1920 census records that seem to indicate that Sarah was in an asylum these years (and probably died there). However, the census records are not clear (and probably not completely accurate). Two of the records say she was married in 1899.... which seems unlikely.
Can you confirm any of this information?
John H Wilson
