In my pre-teen years, my grandmother and I would go for walks in the cemetery close to her home. It was a history lesson for me as she would tell me about the lives of her family and friends buried there.|
My goal is to link as many memorials as I can and provide pictures to help future generations find their ancestors. If you find any mistakes please Email me and I will make corrections.

You're very welcome. Did you see Cora Ellen Brooks was added? I assume she was the daughter of Cora and Nathan. If I'm wrong, I'll de-link her to them.
I'll see if I can find them. May take me awhile. Take care.

You posted a very nice picture on Henry Brooks memorial, I'm happy to transfer management to you if you'd like.
Just let me know.
Thanks for all you do for findagrave.

Oh good. I had found a family tree that listed him as buried in Old Tacoma. So if you were related, I was going to tell you about that. Glad you are finding out for sure from the cemetery. Get a location if you can as I go there every once in awhile and would be glad to look for marker for them both. There was a big project down last year to photograph markers but they either didn't find any for them, didn't come across the section they are in or they don't have markers.
Thanks for the info.

Hello. I believe the picture attached to Find A Grave# 102400188. This Mary didn't go to school in Hickory, NC. She lived in Rockingham County all her life. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick response. I'll keep digging. So much time has passed, but at least I have some information.
|Arnold Field||Finding my birth mother|
Washington state finally sent me my original birth certificate of my birth mother and her name was Harriet K. Barraugh who had a brother named William Barraugh. Since I was adopted in Seattle, WA at the Swedish hospital, I was hoping to track down some proof that she was related to the same William Barraugh in this picture. If you know any family heritage, I would appreciate a response.

I am a descendant of the Barton Family. Is it possible to obtain the whole picture that you posted for Alpheus T. Parks? If so can you send to my email? My email is email@example.com
I collect Barton photos and documents and would love a copy of this photo.

Thank you so very much for the picture of Lela. Her immediate family I have never known. Her father was a very interesting man born during the early convoluted years of the Civil War. His father was never known.
Again thank you so much for the photo.

Added note: the picture of Madeline is one that I cropped from a group picture that was taken the day her brother Wally [Walter] married my Aunt Mary Kaltenbach.
