Researching the descendents of Christopher J. Kartchner and Prudence Ann Wilcox - both of Philadelphia.
Brothers, Gary & Michael, have been doing genealogical research independently and jointly for many years.
Michael is still focused on the family line of our Great great grandfather, William Decatur Kartchner [two wives and 22 children - we are descended from the first son of his second wife]. Michael can be emailed at kartvines@verizon.net
After completing his research [narrowly focused on the direct lineage of their parents], Gary has branched out into discovering more about William's two sisters, Margaret [who married James Webb] and Sarah [who married Thomas G.W. Pigg] and about William's brother, John Christopher.
The remaining brother, Peter W, his surname seemed to have evolved into "KETCHNER" is still someone that needs to be followed up. Would welcome any information about him, his wives or children. AS noted under "Virtual Cemeteries", several of Peter's descendants have been posted or discovered posted to Find a Grave.

You made a memorial for Lenna and William Blake in Franklin Cemetery, Polk Co, Iowa. Their daughter, Margaret L. Blake born 5/26/1919 Died 7/22/1934 is buried beside them. Truman died 17 Nov 1882 in Los Angeles..His wife Lucy (Fisher) Higley (died) 24 Dec 1856 in Iowa. Not sure where each of them are buried. I do have individual pitures of them.
