The day I stop searching for my Ancestors will be the day someone starts searching for me.|
May God let me live long enough to leave a very, very large trail for them to find.
I want to give special thanks to "My Dear Friend", Liz for helping me put down the bread crumbs for my family to follow and to Jim for bringing life back to my old family photos.

He was my gr gr Uncle. He was a brother of Abraham who was my gr gr grandfather. He was the father of Harriet who married my great grandfather, Ruben Turner Ford. They had, among others, my grandfather, Dr Benjamin Parker Ford, who had my dad, Ruben Leonard Ford. Thanks for posting his gravesite here.

I uploaded a photo of Lonnie & Cicero's markers, as well as a photo of Cicero's marker alone.
|Lori Hager||Cicero Hayes|
I found Cicero Hayes on a list of interments for Averys Creek FW Baptist Church Cemetery. Fortunately, the list is in order of burial so I am sure a grave that is marked by a cinder block is for Cicero Hayes. It is between Lonnie Hayes and Ella Mae Brown.
There was a photo request for Cicero Hayes the other day but it is gone today. Even though there is nothing printed on the cinder block, would you like the photo uploaded since it does mark his grave?
What a nifty bio you have, Cheryl...I'm certainly glad to help add a slight widening of your family trail, and also want to thank you for encouraging words!
"I have others that are buried there as well, if you should go again."
Yes, early this morning I found one and claimed it. As long as they are in New Calvary. The Old Calvary is like one mile away.

That was a pleasure, Cheryl. By the way, these words in your biography struck me like a thunderbolt:
"The day I stop searching for my Ancestors will be the day someone starts searching for me."
That's me as well.

She was hospitalized at the time of his trial. Her injuries were brutal even though he did not hit her in the head.
It is amazing that she survived, but I know the horror never left her heart.
This memorial is too long, but I had a lot to tell here. Find A Grave may edit it, but please check the box for famous ranking to keep it up.
Bless you as always and I am grateful for your friendship.

Thank you Cheryl. I had to make this one for all to see. It is more horrible than most any I have known of.
God Bless the little children.
