I'm a dedicated amateur genealogist for families like Leavell, Tyner, and Perkins, so I have a lot of grave records posted on the web, but Find A Grave gave me several new ones. That night, my sister called all excited about a Miles Kimball catalog, where you could buy a waterproof plastic 3x5 display to post a family photo at a gravesite. "Hey, I can post a waterproof picture AND flowers any time I want, on the Internet!" I told her. So here I am.

Simon V. Levell
Because I have been informed that Simon is buried in Ft. Leavenworth National Cemetery I am deleting the memorial for him in Dooly Bend Cemetery.

I made the connections to his parents as you requested. Was happy to see all of the factual info for his family on father's memorial. I knew him as well as his mother and sister.

I was uploading photos taken in Greenwood and happened upon your flower asking about this person.

I am not related but have posted his tomb photos showing birth date 13 Oct 1917, death 26 Jul 1970. I have no further information.

Re: Mary Eleanor (nee Longacre) Tyner
Mary Eleanor Longacre is not a single person - two sister's names have been combined in one. Mary Longacre and Eleanor Longacre are sisters and daughters of John Longacre. Mary Longacre married Solomon Tyner and Eleanor Longacre married Calvin Moore. They both married their respective spouses on 21 September 1826 in Franklin County, Indiana.

I can't change this one. It belongs to Ralph Terry, who needs to remove him as a child so he can be placed as the husband.

I already have Ola linked to her parents. Did you mean another sibling?
