Sorry it has taken so long to reply ~ of course, freely use the photo and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I have a book (available on Amazon actually) that has a very brief mention in the Appendix that makes mention of an assistant to the Bethany Mission named "Edmund J. RAEDER" who had earlier been assisting Missionary Auch at Sebewing, MI. Maybe the same person?

The book is called, "In the Wilderness with the Red Indians ~ German Missionary to the Michigan Indians, 1847-1853" E.R. Baierlein

The Fredric Miessler you mention isn't Dr. Carl Fredric Otto Miessler by any chance?
