Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello.

I am in Michigan. I am not related to 99.999% of my entries, but have added them with the hope that other researchers who have come to a dead end may be helped. With respect to those entries, I have no other information available as I have tried to include as much info as I have.

Please do not be offended, but for a number of reasons, including the volume of requests, I transfer memorials in accordance with Find A Grave's published guidelines. If you request a transfer, please be sure to include your relationship to the person who is the subject of the memorial. I cannot respond to transfer requests for all memorials with the same surname in a cemetery or to requests for a large number of memorials with the same surname.

If there are entries which need to be linked, please send the info to me via the correction/EDIT option or Suggest a Change (SAC) in the upper right corner and I will add the links. Also, if you would like me to add information to a memorial, please forward the relevant info via the SAC option for the quickest response.

If there is information in a memorial concerning a living person which you would like removed, please send me a request via the SAC option.

PLEASE DO NOT send transfer requests, relationship links or additional information for memorials via the public messages option. I do not make changes sent to my profile page. PLEASE USE THE EDIT TAB LOCATED IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE MEMORIAL.

OBITUARIES: Find A Grave has updated its policy concerning the use of obituaries in memorials (See: "Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?" under the Frequently Asked Questions section). If you send a request asking that an obituary be added, please be sure to confirm in your message that you have complied with the policy or I will not be able to add it.

Generally, I do not link to unknown burials.

Many thanks for the kind notes, thank yous, flowers and tokens which are left on the memorials. It is rewarding to know that my work has helped someone.

Thank you.

I am curious if you can transfer David's page over to me. I am his daughter and I would like to add his obituary to his page and maintain it..

Alice Foster headstone
I just wanted to thank you for posting a photo of the headstone of Alice Foster in Oak Grove Cemetery.
I added it to the Purchase/Marsh family tree on
I wanted to let you know that I acknowledged you as the person who took the photo with the link to "Find A Grave" so there is no confusion.

Thank you again, for all you do!
We family researchers sure do appreciate it!

I am researching George Arnott, who had Martha, Mary Jane, Maggie, Joe and Andrew. George was b 1843 in England; married 4 times; last m was Hester Ann Miller 1883 (my gggrandmother). Does any of this tie into what you have?

Just added this child to Mt. Elliott and saw that you have her listed as buried in Elmwood Cemetery. She can't be buried in both places. She is on the Return Reports to the City Clerk as being buried in Mt. Elliott Nov. 5, 1856, age 14 mo., died of inflammation of lungs, resided 57 Columbia Str., Detroit. Can you shed any light on this?

Dear Twist, I have just discovered that my adult childrens' father died last year by a link to this web site and of course you had his gravesite here and service record here. How can I find out who buried him, how did he die etc? the last contact we had with him was in 1992.
Thank you

The Roger Echlin buried in Mount Elliott Cemetery is the son of William Echlin & Jane Kelley per the Death Certificate dated May 07, 1904. The information you have posted i believe is incorrect. It is possible that there are two Roger Echlins buried in this cemetery. If you have information to collaborate this would you please advise me. Thanks, John D. Kizer
