Bio

I am working on geneology for my husband in the New Lisbon, Wi area with his relatives Mead ,Northcotts, and Olsons. Its been a lot of fun .

My brother has done extensive research into our family background. Our lines include Pierce, Bond, Ramey, Rolstons, Vaubels... So of course I bounce back and forth between my side and my husbands.

My interest in the cemeteries became more important, following the death of our youngest son Kris at the age of 35. He is buried in one of the little country cemeteries in our township, Zindorf. I have even joined our Town of Fountain Cemetery Board and am now Chairman. I like trying to make the cemeteries more accessible and attractive, for all.

And so I decided I would work with that one and other small country cemeteries in our local area. I think this is a good website as our loved ones and others should not be forgotten. One little girl was buried in our local cemetery without even a stone to mark her passing. I couldnt get that out of my mind.

I have set out to photograph the entirety of the small cemeteries in my area and so far have done the Town of Fountain cemeteries and a few outside of that. I find this very addicting!

Since connecting the present with the past is my personal goal, I will be happy to hand over any management of your family members to you. Just let me know. In return, I like to add information on my own and link them into a giant Find a Grave Family tree , so to speak.

(2022) I am no longer taking photos in cemeteries due to my health.
Permission is given to use any of my cemetery photos, as long as my name is on the photo credit.
