I started Genealogy in 1999 as something to keep my mind busy as I am disabled and to make a Family Bibles for my daughters.|
I got hooked. I try to contribute as much as I can here.
Please do not leave messages about my doing Memorials. I have had several mean comments left on my message page. I DO NOT PUT IN MEMORIALS UNLESS THEY ARE CONNECT TO MY HUSBAND OR ME.
Recieved this message in regular email, so I have removed my email address.
I am his birth mother and I do not appreciate that his grave site picture is on this website and I want it removed. Whomever put thes name as the parent and didn't investigate who the birth mother is, possesses poor journalistic skills.
Here is the link I want removed! In the past couple of years when I discovered this non-sense, I have written to all and they have removed their comments. Please do not make me hire a lawyer to have these pictures removed because I will! Who gave anyone the right to do this? No one has the right because this type of non-sense is just asking for thieves to steal identities.
Here is my phone number if you wish to call. I will not be pleasant as this is extremely upsetting to me. If you were a "true mother" - permission would have been asked. It is not difficult to investigate and hire people to find the mother of this child. As a maintainer of this website, you and your colleagues behaved extremely reckless in this matter.

Thank you for adding dad to the Findagrave website. After all the geneology that I do you would think that would be something I would do first. You stated that you only add family members. Could you give me the connection? Thank you, Mary M. Martinez
|Crystal Sharp||Maxwell Chastain|
Hi my name is Crystal. Maxwell is my 3rd great grandfather. On his page his son Johnson is mentioned. His name is Johnson Elijah Chastain. He was born 31 May 1853 in Fannin,Georgia. He died 18 Oct 1863 in Gilmer,Georgia. That's why he's only on one Census. Just wanted to let you know because I'm not sure who put it on his memorial.

Sorry to hear about people giving you a hard time - not called for at all. Thanks for posting Fred J MacDonald's virtual memorial. I am trying to help his son (my cousin) learn more about his dad. Fred Jr is an only son of his father. I assume you found some information on Fred to post his memorial. Do you have any clue for me on how to get more information on him - plane he was killed in, The crew members, His son said that his dad was one mission short of getting to come home. His plane was the only one hit by ground fire as they started across water to return to base after the mission. I am Donald Langford (1st cousin to Fred's Wife - Vera Gladys Pior

|Jane Doe||Take this page down! Family did NOT consent!|
Memorial 106158579 is my father, whom you did NOT know, are NOT connected to, and do NOT have permission from the family to post his or our information. Your work is also very sloppy, replete with errors and this page must be deleted immediately! I have also reported this violation of orivacy to the admins of this site. I find your behavior invasive and repellent. Not everybody is stupid enough to want their info on the internet, dead or alive. Mind your own business!

|Sandra Gwilliam||James Johnson Black & Patience Crain Black|
I lost contact with you years ago when I changed email addresses. I have finally finished digitizing the Civil War letters of James Johnson Black and his wife, Patience Crain Black.
I would love it if you could help me identify more of the Black/Ditto family members in the letters.
My current email address is on my find a grave profile page.
Thanks for adding memorials to find a grave!

I am working with the McLennan County map department to document every cemetery in the county. Could you please provide a general location for this cemetery. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Sharon

|Tommi Michelle Ivey||Correction to 47058875|
On my grandmother's (Betty Marie Davidson Silvey from Minerva) memorial page: 47058875 you have two * next to her brother Henry Owen's name as a half sibling. He is a full sibling. Also John Cyler Davidson needs to be added as her younger brother. He is buried in the Liberty Cemetery.
Also you are a Ditto, are we related, because Bertha Hughes Davidson's grandmother was a Ditto.

You have some very good information on memorial #90732466 regarding his family and military information. However, he is not buried in this cemetery. He is located in Kilgore Memorial Gardens (see #132412681). Could you please request this info be copied over to that memorial and delete the duplicate so his loved ones and friends can locate his correct final resting place?
Thank you. Jacque G.
I have been working Sunset in San Antonio for some time and I am in the process of doing Section 18. I came across a marked for Zoe and Alice Thurman, but I see that you have her listed as a non-traditional burial. I called Sunset and confirmed she is there in Section 18, Lot 209, space 2. I am doing this as an email rather than just a an edit, because I wanted to explain why I say what I say. That being said, I am going to post the photo of Alice's marker as if she were at Sunset with her husband and you can delete it if I am wrong or keep it and change the location to Sunset. The only reason I am going to post the photo now rather than wait for your reply is that I don't keep photos after I am done with an area.
